    1. License

    We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software under your brand on a monthly subscription basis.

    2. User Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate account information.
    • Use the Software only for lawful purposes.
    • Protect login credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.

    3. Subscription & Payment

    • Monthly subscription fees are billed as agreed.
    • Non-payment may result in service suspension.
    • Pricing may change, but users will be notified in advance.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All software, content, and technology are owned by GulpGo. You may brand the interface under your company name, but you do not own the software itself.

    5. Prohibited Use

    • Using the Software to violate laws or infringe on others’ rights.
    • Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the Software.
    • Misuse that harms the platform, users, or third parties.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • We provide the Software “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.

    7. Termination

    • Either party may terminate the subscription with notice.
    • Upon termination, access to the Software may be revoked.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
